Our services

Our know-how is numerous since the SUDEN members' skills are diverse.

Beside classic skills in urbanism, architecture or project management, we can mention:

The evaluation of land planning urban projects, ZAC (Zone d'Aménagement Concerté), and urban renewal project (see the INDI-RU.2005 model for example),
The territorial diagnosis (see the HQDIL method within the HQE²R approach for example),
The integration of sustainable development into urban planning documents (Plan Local d'Urbanisme, SCoT) and in particular the working out of PADD (Projet d'Aménagement et de Développement Durable),
The Assistant to Contracting Authority for sustainable development,
The evaluation of atmospheric pollution or greenhouse effet gas emission of a territory (town, conurbation, department, region),
The environmental evaluation of a territory or a project (cf. ENVI or SILENE models),
The working out and evaluation of Local Agenda 21 at different territorial scales,
The improving methods of the inhabitants' participation (or their evaluation),
The taking into account of the articles n°14, 30 and 53 of the public purchase national regulation,
The social economy binding on all parties,
